We offer a 60-day return policy, meaning you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Unworn, unwashed, unstained, and unperfumed
- In its original packaging
- With all original tags attached (including trendybellas hangtags)
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval status.
If approved:

- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

- Contact your credit card provider (processing may take 1–3 business days)

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect upon arrival

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
