All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), including order verification, quality checks, and packaging.

Once processed, orders are sent to our fulfillment center for shipment.

During peak seasons or high order volume periods, processing may take additional time. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.


2. Shipping Time

Shipping time refers to the time it takes for your order to be delivered after it has been shipped.

  • Standard Shipping: 6–12 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, or carrier delays.


3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

We currently ship to:
United States, Canada, Australia, and selected international destinations

Standard Shipping

  • Orders $0.00 – $59.99 → $10.00 shipping fee
  • Orders $60.00 and above → Free Standard Shipping

Expedited Shipping

  • Orders $0.00 – $99.99 → $20.00 shipping fee
  • Orders $100.00 and above → Free Expedited Shipping

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.


5. Damaged or Lost Packages

trendybellas is not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

We recommend keeping all packaging materials and damaged items as evidence for claim processing.
